Getting Ready for the Holiday Rental Season

This is the time of year when people with holiday rental properties are hard at work getting them ready for their holiday rental season.

It is important to maintain a high standard in your rental property, this means time and money invested each year keeping your standard high.

Like many others each year we invest alot of time and money replacing items damaged last season, stocking up the pots, pans and glasses, decorating tired looking rooms and improving the facilities the rental offers.

The holiday rentals Villa Rossa and Il Fienile are no exception to the rule.

With their first clients about to arrive, here is a snap shot of the last few weeks getting the properties ready for rent.

Both the owners and the workawayers working with them, have been working hard getting them tip-top for their clients.

Following feedback last year and many broken brolleys from the winds.

This we thought would give clients welcome shade in the heat of the day as well as protection from the Spring showers.

An antique iron colour has been added this year to the wrought iron balconies.

The BBQ and the pizza oven at Villa Rossa has been plastered, repainted and clad in lovely Tuscan stone.

This makes the outside eating area even more beautiful than before.

Weeding the garden areasWeeding the garden areas always takes hours.

Taking it in turns they have worked on the garden for over 2 days to get the areas weeded, pruned, trimmed and planted with lovely spring and summer flowers.

A new colour and fresh look this season for this  floor,  pale olive-green walls and crisp linen white ceilings have been mixed with soft furnishings of rich Tuscan reds and deep golds.

Thanks Joanna!!
